GenToon pre-class checklist

Copy and adapt this checklist for the class you run.
Passes provide access to the software; they do not include an instructor or a taught course.

1. Before purchase
[ ] Confirm that participants are aged 14 or over.
[ ] Count every teacher and learner who needs a paid pass: 10–100 in total.
[ ] Choose the plan and access period for the class and follow-up practice.
[ ] Check whether anyone already has a different active paid plan.
    An education code may not apply while a different paid plan is active.
[ ] Confirm the institution's payment and document requirements.
    English education purchases are charged in USD. Tax is calculated at checkout.
    A GenToon quote is not a tax invoice; use the payment provider's receipt for payment and tax details.

2. Before class
[ ] Assign a different coupon code to each teacher and learner.
[ ] Share only each person's own code; do not publish the whole spreadsheet.
[ ] Ask everyone to sign in and redeem their code before the lesson.

[ ] Confirm that the plan and access end date appear after redemption.
[ ] Redeem before the deadline printed in the spreadsheet.
    Access begins when each code is redeemed. The redemption deadline is separate from the access end date.
[ ] Rehearse on the actual classroom device, browser and Wi-Fi.
    Confirm GenToon, supabase.co authentication and comic image storage are reachable.
    If Google or Kakao is blocked, use the email-code option when available.
    Email delivery and the school's firewall still need checking on that network.
[ ] Prepare story-writing and partner feedback activities while images generate.

Begin with fictional people rather than real names or face photos.
Read and revise the AI result before presenting it in class.
Decide separately with participants and the institution whether work may be published outside class.
