# Contact support

Follow along as you use the contact form to send a question or problem to the GenToon team.

When you send a message, the GenToon team replies to the email address you enter. The demo stops just before the **Send** button.

## Read the steps

1. Click the round cat button at the bottom right of a page like Projects or Help. Hover over it to see **Contact Us**. Some pages, like the Studio and the Community, don’t have it.
2. Fill in **Name** and **Email Address**, then choose what your question is about under **Inquiry Type**. Replies go to this email address, so make sure it’s one you can read now.
3. In **Message**, describe what happened. If you have screenshots (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF) or PDFs, attach them in **Attachments**. Very large files won’t send, so attach only what you need.
4. Click **Send** and you’ll see **Inquiry Submitted**. We’ll reply to the email address you entered.
