Make one panel at a time
Skip the chat and set every detail of a single panel yourself, from cast and scene to dialogue, art style, and model, then draw it in Beginner or Master mode.
Payment-related details here are provided for information only.
Overview
The Single Panel tab is for drawing one panel at a time, setting everything yourself instead of chatting with Zennyang. It’s handy when you want to add just one more panel or redraw a specific panel exactly the way you want. To plan several panels at once, the Agent Mode tab is easier.
Where to find it
It’s one of the two tabs at the top right of the Studio: Single Panel.
Step by step
Open the Single Panel tab on the right. These steps are for Beginner mode. If Master is selected at the top of the tab, click Beginner.
Click the panel you want to draw on the canvas. In this tab you can also select empty panels that haven’t been drawn yet. Until you pick one, you’ll see Select a panel from the canvas.
Click Select Characters, choose who appears in this panel, and click Done. For characters with saved looks, you can choose which look they appear in just below.
In Description, describe the scene for this panel. This field is required.
To put text in the art, write the lines under 💬 Dialogue & narration (shown as text on the image). To draw without text, click No speech bubbles to turn it on.
Pick an art style from the style cards, and choose Standard or Pro under Generation Model. Each model shows how many credits it uses.
Click Generate Image. It costs one image at the model’s price, and the art goes into that panel when it’s done. But the first time a character is drawn in the current art style (including the look you picked), a version of the character in that style is made first, without asking, which can cost an extra 13 credits per character. If you haven’t picked a style in this tab, the style chosen in the Agent Mode tab is used. To draw without this cost, choose the first style card, Your character's default style (see Choose an art style).
Beginner and Master
At the top of the tab, you can choose Beginner or Master mode. It starts in Beginner.
| Mode | How it draws |
|---|---|
| Beginner | Just describe the scene and the AI sets up the framing and placement. You can choose Standard or Pro. This mode has no place to add a background image. You can add one on the scenario card in the Agent Mode tab, or in Master mode. |
| Master | Set the camera framing, the background, where each character stands and faces, and even where the speech bubbles go, panel by panel. It always draws with the Pro model, so each image costs 25 credits. |
Master settings are only used when you draw from this tab. They don’t apply to conversations in the Agent Mode tab. Switching back to Beginner doesn’t erase the Master settings saved on a panel, and they’re still there when you switch to Master again.
Place speech bubbles yourself
Select a drawn panel in this tab, and the Balloons & narration section lets you type text and place it on the art. Typing and editing are free. But outside Master mode, to redraw that panel or edit it with AI, you first need to delete or undo the text and bubbles you placed. See Add and fix speech bubbles and text for the steps.
