Overview
You can cancel your plan at any time. After canceling, you can keep using everything until the period you paid for ends, and you won’t be charged again. Within 7 days of paying, you can also withdraw from the purchase and get a refund — contact us to ask. Canceling alone doesn’t request a refund.
Early-cancellation refunds for yearly plans are covered separately in Yearly plans.
Where to find it
The Cancel Subscription button is on the Current Plan card in Account › Subscription. Subscriptions started through the App Store or Google Play are canceled in your device’s subscription settings.
Canceling your plan
In Account › Subscription, click Cancel Subscription.
In the Before you cancel window, read what will change. It shows, for your account, how long you can keep using your plan and what happens to your remaining plan credits.
Under How to cancel, check the option to keep using your plan until the billing period ends and then cancel. If you can ask for a refund — within 7 days of paying, or on a yearly plan — a note saying so appears below it, with a Contact us link. Canceling alone doesn’t request a refund, so if you want one, use that link or contact us.
Telling us why is optional. Click Cancel subscription and you’re done.
Your subscription status changes to Active until period ends, and we send you a confirmation email.
What changes when you cancel
- You keep your current plan until the period you paid for ends. You won’t be charged again.
- Your remaining plan credits can be used until then. After that, you get free plan credits instead. On a yearly plan, you keep getting your plan credits every month until then.
- Credits you bought or were gifted stay with you after you cancel.
- Your works and characters stay as they are.
Getting a refund
Plan payments — within 7 days
You can withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of paying. Canceling alone doesn’t request a refund, so contact us and choose Payment Inquiry before the deadline. You can also start from the Contact us link in the cancellation window. Under Article 8 of our Terms, we subtract only the credits you’ve already used and refund the value of your unused plan credits to your original payment method.
- When the refund is complete, your plan ends at that point and your remaining plan credits are removed. Purchased credits stay.
- On a monthly plan, payments aren’t refunded after 7 days. If you cancel, you can still use your plan until the period you paid for ends. Yearly plans can still ask for an early-cancellation refund after 7 days under Article 6-2 of our Terms — contact us.
Purchased credits
You can request a refund for the unused part of credits you bought in credit packs on the website. Contact us and choose Payment Inquiry, and we’ll check it under our Credit Terms & Refund Policy and refund your original payment method. For packs bought in the app, ask the store as described below.
If you paid in the app
Apple or Google handle refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play. Request a refund from that store’s purchase history. If the store refunds a purchase, those credits are removed from your account.
