Overview
On top of your monthly plan credits, GenToon gives you extra credits for dropping by and being active. Credits you earn this way are added to your Purchased Credits, so they don’t disappear each month. They’re used after your plan credits and any gifted credits run out.
The Free plan also gets 150 credits every month.

Daily check-in
Click the Check in button on the left side of the Studio. It only appears if you haven’t checked in yet that day.
The credits are added right away. You can check in once a day, based on Korea time.
If you check in on consecutive days, every 7th day gives you 50 credits instead. Miss a day and your streak starts over.
Community activity
- Comments and likes — on days you’ve checked in, you earn credits for commenting on other people’s posts and for liking other people’s posts or comments, up to a daily limit. The comment reward is given once per post, and on your own posts only when you reply to someone else’s comment.
- The author’s heart — you earn credits when the creator of a post hearts the comment you left on it. This doesn’t depend on checking in. Community basics
- If a like or heart is removed, the credits it earned are taken back. If you delete a comment you wrote, the comment reward you got on that post is taken back too.
Publishing and inviting friends
- Publishing rewards — earned the first two times an account publishes a post that meets the conditions. Posts that don’t meet them don’t count toward the two. For the conditions, see Publish to the community.
- Inviting friends — you and a friend who signs up for the first time with your invite link or code both earn credits. Invite friends and earn rewards
- Achievements — earn credits based on the tier when you unlock achievements on GenToon. Your achievements appear under Achievements on your community profile.
